It is clear that on October 8th, 1998 our offer was connected to the class attempt of the court and Texas firm [ Fleming, Hovenkamp & Grayson ] As is clear Judge Graves is aware of the property issues. The MS. class actions are run by an attorney law firm from Texas and they apparently own the MS. courts. The present and latest intentional delay to redress our claims are here>>. Re Bogalusa Chemical Release Update As of 2009 the MS. courts continue to dismiss all our pleas for relief of real injuries and constitutional violation of toxic seizure of our home and property. The court also warns against further actions to legally redress this matter. Any request to have this law firm mail release forms are worthless.
Latest events suggest trying to disburse money to the fraudulent class once more is in progress. The court refuses to make any contact or to even respond to filings about our demands for relief. The court is now wanting place our awards in some action to keep them from us as it makes more payments to attorneys fraudulent class actions. The recent letter sent to individuals aidding the courts fraud really has no connection to our claims but continues to suggest we are part of a class action being had by agreement after attorneys failed actions before the court.
